Calorie Cutting tips

These are the tips that other websites won't let you post! Pro weight loss, thinspo, pro ana, whatever you want it to be, whatever it takes to lose weight, post it here!

Cut off the crusts off bread
eat small (100 cals or less) and often
don't eat anything that requires a dipping sauce
don't use drive thrus, always go inside.
Diet coke, Diet 7-up or whatever your favorite diet soda is
Crystal Light or store brand light drink mix
Sugar Free Jello
Iced tea or hot tea
Ice water before each meal
Iced Coffee or hot coffee (go easy on the cream, and count it in!)
Special K Protein Water (30 cals, fills a hole)
Metamucil fiber supplement sugar free (20 cals, kills hunger)
Low cal bread
Munch on fruit and veggies that are low in cal, like mushrooms, spinach, and strawberries.
If you like cookies, find the ones with the lowest cal counts each, and have one when a craving hits.
Popcorn without added butter (butter seasoning is like 3 calories, from the store)
Special K 90 calorie bars
Fiber One 50 calorie yogurts
Sargento Light string cheese 50 calories
When hunger strikes, have a 0 calorie drink. When it strikes again, have a snack under 100 cals.
Have at least one proper-looking meal a day to avoid a binge.
Soup! Instant packet soup is especially low in cals.
Boullion and broth is like 5-10 cals per seving and tastes like ramen without the cals.
Split your lunch in half and have the other half for dinner.

  1. I like this one: when laying down, lie on your left to get your food to digest faster. The reason is your stomach is bean shaped and curves to the left.

Alli helps you flush out fat calories. Double the dose to get it the same ingredient and dose as prescription strength Xenical. (50% of fat cals instead of 25%). It needs 15g of fat to start working, so its perfect if you've eaten too much at a time.

Drink water/liquids to keep from getting dehydrated. It also helps stave off hunger temporarily.
