Huge revalation
avoid MSG for 1 or 2 weeks, and see how your appetite and weight are affected. After 1 week, you will regain control of your appetite, and after about 2 weeks your leptin will be back in force and you will be eating less and losing weight. Don't focus on calories, fat, etc, just watch MSG for 1 or 2 weeks. Of course, the longer the better, but it is hard because it is in so many things. MSG is known to cause leptin resistance (read: more calories consumed) and blood sugar crashes (read: hungry more often), even though it is 0 calories and sugar free.
